1. Hardware Returns (OBD-II & RFID Readers)
Any hardware purchased directly from SmartBus Track may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the equipment is uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies to bulk orders over 50 units.
2. SaaS Subscription Refunds
Annual enterprise SaaS contracts are non-refundable once the onboarding and provisioning phase is complete (typically 14 days after contract signing). If you cancel during the onboarding window, you will receive a prorated refund minus a standard ₹500.00 provisioning fee.
3. Hardware Warranties
All GPS transponders carry a 12-month manufacturer defect warranty. Defective units will be replaced free of charge (including shipping) upon diagnostic verification by our engineering team.
